Rodger Schmidt is an American living in Mozambique for over 19 years with his wife Lynne Rodger is committed to coaching, mentoring and shaping the heart of emerging leaders and entrepreneurs. Rodger is a serial entrepreneur, founding a 10,000-layer egg farm in Southern Mozambique and most recently, a boutique hotel and restaurant. Rodger is a contributing author in a recent book titled, Leadership Playbook: Preparing Industry Leaders for the Future.  His two chapters are titled, Leading Innovation and How Covid-19 saved our business. Secondly, Leading Cross Culturally and the Law of the last two feet.  

Mr. Schmidt holds degrees in Education, an MDIV from Denver Seminary and MBA in Entrepreneurship from Regent University.
